How to prepare
Microwave
• Cook 2 cups dry quinoa with 4 cups of water.
• Roast cauliflower until golden brown.
• Once the quinoa is done cooking set aside to cool. once the cauliflower is roasted place in food processor and chop up into small pieces to give texture.
• Mix cooled quinoa with chopped up cauliflower, garlic, dried oregano, buffalo sauce and bread crumbs.
• Scoop ( oz) balls and line on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
• Heat in microwave 60-90 seconds.
