1. Cover bottom of pan with butternut squash filling.
2. Lay 9 lasagna sheets.
3. Portion 1/3 of spinach cashew cheese on lasagna sheets.
4. Portion half of remaining butternut squash filling on top of spinach.
5. Lay 9 more lasagna sheets and portion half of remaining spinach mixture and then portion remaining butternut squash filling. Top this with the remaining spinach mixture.
6. Toss your breadcrumbs with dried thyme and a couple tablespoons of oil and evenly distribute this mixture on top of lasagna
7. Bake this covered at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
8. Check at 30 minutes and remove foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes until breadcrumbs become golden brown.
9.Heat in microwave 60-90 seconds.
