How to prepare
Microwave
Heat in microwave 60-90 seconds.
• Portion 8 oz of quesadilla filling into tortilla.
• Fold tortilla in half and lay out on lined sheet pan. Place another sheet pan on top of quesadillas and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted and tortillas have browned slightly.
• Take out of oven and remove the sheet pan on top of quesadillas. Place tray in fridge to cool before cutting.
• Cut each quesadilla in half and portion into containers.
